Milk Bar!

I love their coffee.....So smooth......

Oh, and I ran today, too.

Met up with the Vivacious Redhead at PS 321. The sky was threatening and my lungs were spasming from the upper respiratory infection that had grounded me the day before.

At least I know why I was dragging so much on my run on Monday! Yellow phlegm = yuck and lymph node swelling

Anyway, we fought through the immense humidity and ran around the cemetery, going back down Prospect Park West and around the circle to Sterling, then over to Vanderbilt and Milk Bar.

Yum.

Then a nice run down Sterling to home. About 8 to 8 1/2
